I had never purchased promotional banners before and the prospect of buying them from the UK from a new supplier in Australia for delivery to a conference in Melbourne was daunting.

However following a recommendation from the outset I found ‘The Banner Lady’ (TBL) a pleasure to deal with. Their website was clear; I found everything I needed, the specifications were detailed and unambiguous, which is a rarity in my experience.
